ROOTS + SHOOTS ~ A Parent Child Program
The Waldorf School of Mendocino County Parent-Child Program provides education and resources for parents and their children from ages one to three. Participants come together in an inviting environment that echoes the rhythms of a Waldorf Early Childhood classroom, where young children are encouraged to explore their experience of the world through imaginative play. These meetings offer parents a place to connect, to discuss child development and parenting techniques, create seasonal arts and crafts, and to learn about Waldorf education with an experienced classroom teacher.
Sing Songs, Play Games, and Meet New Friends
For parents and caregivers, Roots and Shoots provides a platform for discussion on child development and parenting. Our experienced teacher and other parents will offer sources of inspiration for life at home. Enjoy six sweet mornings with your child in a lovely classroom at The Waldorf School of Mendocino County.
