About the Event
We are offering A Walk Through the Grades event on Tuesday, March 5th from 8:30 am – 10:00 am at WSMC in Calpella. This is an opportunity to witness our Grades classrooms in action during the Main Lesson. The Waldorf School Of Mendocino County believes in a holistic, nature-based, and intentional approach to education. Our students gain knowledge not just through comprehension, but also through feeling, creative expression and inspired action, all thanks to our dedicated faculty and experience-based pedagogy.
Come learn about our combined grades model, main lesson books, how we teach reading, specialty classes like knitting, woodworking, music, and our famous field trips. At the end of the tour, there will be an opportunity to ask all your questions.
