Jade came to WSMC for preschool, then went elsewhere. She came back to us in 7th grade and joined right in as if she never left. Jade is an avid reader, creative writer, math whiz, and a budding actress. She is cheerful, funny and very strong. Every school day is brightened by her presence. Congratulations Jade!
Leo has been at WSMC since preschool. Leo is a person you can count on to get a job done quickly and well. He will volunteer to help in a heartbeat. He is known and admired for his athletic skills which are astounding. Congratulations Leo!
Kaspar started at WSMC in the 4th grade. Kaspar is quietly confident. He does not need rewards to motivate him to do the right things socially or academically. His positivity and determination are strong traits and they are inspiring to see during this challenging year. Congratulations Kaspar!
Indigo has been at WSMC since preschool. They are passionate about the fair treatment of others on a microcosmic scale at school and a macrocosmic scale in the world. They are academically strong and willing to put their knowledge to use for the good of all. Congratulations Indigo!
Parker joined WSMC in 2nd grade. He has excelled in many areas. He enjoys being outside in nature and devouring books. Parker is really smart and is a good friend who accepts others as they are. He is an independent thinker who likes to go everywhere barefoot. He will be attending Ukiah High School in the fall. Congratulations Parker!
There are six accomplished amazing students graduating from the Waldorf School of Mendocino County this year!
